As a Manager, SharePoint Content Administrator at JLL, you will play a vital role in managing, editing, and reviewing SharePoint content on Marketing SharePoint pages, including the Global Marketing and Global Digital Resource Center. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the effective organization and accessibility of marketing resources across the global organization. Key Responsibilities: - Participating in planning and reconstruction of the Global Marketing and Global Digital Resource Center - Managing and updating content on marketing SharePoint pages - Ensuring proper functionality and navigation of SharePoint pages - Coordinating content archiving for retiring pages - Supporting strategy and day-to-day operations of internal news platforms - Leading workstreams focused on SharePoint page builds, edits, and enhancements - Monitoring progress and implementing amendments in a timely manner - Facilitating communication between the marketing team and IT/SharePoint subject matter experts - Coordinating with various teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance - Updating governance documentation as needed - Implementing and maintaining content management best practices - Designing and executing page design to ensure proper functionality and navigation To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in SharePoint content management and editing, strong attention to detail for content review, excellent communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts, basic understanding of web design principles, familiarity with content governance and archiving processes, intermediate graphic design skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and experience in the marketing or communications field is preferred.
