As the Integration Consultant at our company, you will be reporting to the Senior Vice President, Senior Technology, and Integration Services. Your role will involve working on multiple client-facing projects to enable SaaS onboarding. You will serve as the technical expert for SaaS onboarding, providing guidance on Zafin integration paradigms and best practices across various cloud platforms. Your responsibilities will include leading SaaS projects from initiation to go-live, representing client interests internally, and collaborating with senior technical leadership on the client-side. Key Responsibilities: - Interact and collaborate with customers and partners to define the integration landscape. - Define the logical sequence of integration activities for a SaaS onboarding project. - Coordinate with the product development team to implement recommended integration strategies. - Improve project delivery experience and go-live time by enhancing process and documentation. - Support cloud infrastructure and system components required for integration. - Lead the identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of issues within a client environment. Qualifications Required: - Worked on at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project. - 7+ years of application and data integration experience. - Experience with clustering and high availability configurations. - Agile experience. - Designed an end-to-end scalable microservices-based integration solution. - Broad exposure to different technology stacks involved in a SaaS delivery model. - Strong knowledge and experience in various areas such as microservices design patterns, service orchestration, data integration concepts, network protocol stacks, security postures, API design, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. - Proficiency in using the Kafka Connect Framework and working with different connector types. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate complex technical requirements to stakeholders. - Self-starter with a strong solution design and organizational skills. Being a self-starter who is willing to engage in all aspects of solution delivery, including implementation and process improvement, is key. A broad picture mindset is necessary to visualize the end-to-end solution of a project.
