Job Title: Solution Architect (Technology) Location: Noida / Gurgaon Experience: 1720 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect to design and lead the development of cutting-edge technology solutions for clients in the insurance and financial services sectors. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translating them into scalable, secure, and efficient technology architectures. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across cloud platforms, .NET technologies, microservices, and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with business and IT strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate technical and business requirements. Assess legacy systems and propose modernization strategies. Ensure adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance. Select and guide the implementation of tools, frameworks, and platforms. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams. Develop architectural documentation, standards, and reusable assets. Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, platforms, and cloud-native services. Contribute to project planning, risk management, and technical reviews. Stay current with technology trends and recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical consulting. Proven track record in designing both cloud-native and hybrid system architectures. Strong experience with Microsoft .NET, Azure services, SQL databases, and microservices. Proficient in enterprise architecture design, integration patterns, and system interoperability. Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of security protocols, API design, and network architecture. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solution Architect) are highly desirable. Experience in client interaction, stakeholder management, and technical pre-sales is a plus.
