About Us: Architecture Opinion is a growing educational YouTube platform with 46,000+ subscribers, dedicated to empowering architecture and design students across India. We produce long-form YouTube videos and short-form reels covering design, construction, courses, career advice, and practical insights. We are now hiring a dedicated video editor to join our creative team and work on a full-time basis (not freelance). Role Overview: We are looking for a full-time, highly disciplined, and creative video editor (not a freelance/project-based role) who can handle both long-form YouTube content and short-form reels using tools like Filmora, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. The editor must have prior experience editing educational content, storytelling ability, and the discipline to deliver high-quality content consistently. Key Responsibilities: Edit YouTube videos (8–20 mins) with clear storytelling, attention-holding hooks, smooth transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics. Edit YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels (30–90 secs) in a fast, viral-friendly format. Sync audio, visual elements, b-rolls, stock footage, text overlays, and music perfectly. Collaborate on scripts and suggest visual edits when needed. Manage editing timelines and ensure on-time delivery. Organize project files for quick reference and revisions. Requirements: ✅ Mandatory Qualifications:Software Proficiency: Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in editing educational or informational YouTube content (Note: Work done for own YouTube channel or a friend’s channel will not be considered professional experience.) Portfolio: Must provide at least 3 examples of edited educational/informational videos (Long + Short) Work Type: Full-time role only. Not open to freelancers.
