Role Overview: You will be joining the global team of innovators and pioneers at New Relic, dedicated to shaping the future of observability. As a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA), you will play a crucial role in the Alliances & Channels team for EMEA, acting as a deep technical expert and trusted advisor to the diverse partner ecosystem. Your primary objective will be to enable key partners to increase observability maturity, evangelize New Relic's platform capabilities, and drive local engagement with senior partner stakeholders. Your role will involve working closely with GSI Partners in India to develop new propositions, enhance GTM strategy, and ensure successful customer outcomes in partnership with the Partner Sales organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with partners to understand their specific requirements and provide expert architectural guidance for joint solution design and architecture. - Develop, deliver, and continuously evolve comprehensive training programs for partners to enhance their maturity and delivery capabilities. - Provide white-glove technical leadership to partners throughout all engagement phases, from initial solution design to post-implementation. - Serve as a technical trusted advisor and evangelist for partners, engaging in activities such as end-customer demonstrations and executive briefings. - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with capability and delivery teams in assigned partners. - Create and maintain enablement and engagement plans, support with training materials, and contribute to thought leadership activities. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing technical role within the software industry. - Deep understanding and hands-on experience with observability platforms and cloud technologies. - Proficiency in programming/scripting languages and experience with SAP and ServiceNow is a plus. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience working with channel partners and strategic alliances. - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with superior organizational and project management abilities. - Passion for solving complex technical challenges, self-starter mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
