As the Enterprise Architect Order To Cash at the world's leading premium drinks company, you will play a vital role in driving technology and process transformation for Customer and Commercial back office activities. Reporting to the Customer, Corporate Functions & Planning Lead within the Enterprise Architecture team, you will provide thought leadership for business outcomes and define the technology and architecture to achieve them. Your responsibilities will include owning and developing the reference architecture for Order to Cash and Cash to Invoice capabilities, such as Order Capture, Customer Service, Credit Control, and Performance Management. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining the strategic roadmap for delivering the reference architecture. As a trusted advisor to various teams, you will leverage your strategic insight, technical product knowledge, and process optimization expertise to influence decisions and ensure maximum Enterprise Architecture impact. Key accountabilities of the role include defining, documenting, and evangelizing the to-be reference architecture, challenging existing business processes for standardization and simplification, leading technology selection processes, creating and maintaining technology standards, and driving the ambitious roadmap for order processing capabilities. Additionally, you will provide technical consulting services to senior stakeholders, prepare architecture blueprints for execution, and track KPIs to demonstrate business value from the adoption of roadmaps. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrated expertise in designing solutions in a global enterprise environment, experience with architecting and implementing enterprise solutions, and a strong background in commercial technology strategy development, particularly in Order Management and Order to Cash processes. Experience with industry-leading applications and platforms, as well as certification in TOGAF, will be advantageous. Furthermore, your leadership skills will be put to the test as you develop a future vision, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, deliver integrated Business-IT strategy, and build relationships to drive engagement across international and cross-functional teams. Your ability to work with executive sponsors and senior business leadership teams to develop and deliver strategies and plans will be crucial for success in this role.
