As a Data Services & Integration Manager, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a recognized accounting qualification. Additionally, having a relevant data modeling certification and Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF) is preferred. With 12 to 18 years of experience, you should have a strong understanding of the technical delivery of data and relevant infrastructure, preferably in Azure or AWS. Your experience should encompass systems like SAP, iBPM, Oracle, and Informatica. Proficiency in technologies, frameworks, and accelerators such as ERWIN, Sparks, Zachman, and industry data models is essential. You should also have expertise in catalog and metadata management, data ownership, stewardship, and governance, along with experience in operational and analytical settings. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a corporate data model with a focus on utilizing the model to handle data as a reusable asset. You will drive consistency in the model, ownership, definition, and structure from operational build to analytic consumption. Ensuring data connectivity across all layers and supporting the creation of a corporate view of data through engagement with data change projects will be key aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will include engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding business requirements, coordinating execution, and ensuring a comprehensive delivery approach. Your ability to influence collaborators, comprehend business needs, and drive execution will be crucial for success in this role.
