As a Generative AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent agents using LangGraph for complex workflows. Your role will involve leading the architecture, development, and deployment of sophisticated multi-step intelligent agents. You will integrate and optimize AI tools effectively within agent designs to enhance functionality and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and managing agent deployments on Azure AI Foundry and Functions to ensure scalable, robust, and efficient operations. You will work with the broader retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) stack, including embeddings, vector databases, and chunking strategies, to enable intelligent document understanding across insurance submissions and claims. Your tasks will include engineering prompts, orchestrating agent interactions, and debugging complex multi-step agent behaviors. Moreover, you will develop specific agent use cases such as Submissions Agent for parsing submission emails and documents, Bordereaux Reconciliation Agent for automating data matching, Claims Notification Agent for ingesting claim notices, and Supervisor Agent for coordinating task execution. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in LLM Frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and Functions and best practices for cloud-native deployment patterns is essential. A deep understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector stores is required. You should also possess proven abilities in prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and effective debugging of AI workflows. Familiarity with MCP Tools and architecture is also necessary. Bonus qualifications include demonstrated experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade LLM applications. This position requires a strong background in AI architecture, cloud deployment, RAG fundamentals, prompt engineering, and architecture acumen.
