Role & responsibilities * Develop photorealistic 3D renderings, Interior renderings, animations, and presentation videos for early conceptual ideas for hospitality design concepts. * Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to produce compelling visual content from concept to final output. * Interpret drawings, sketches, and models into visually impactful presentations. * Create interactive walkthroughs, immersive visuals, and client-ready animations. * Ensure alignment with hospitality brand standards and project objectives. * Support project teams with visual communication for design development, client pitches, and marketing. Key Skills & Software Expertise: ## Architectural & Visualization Tools: * AutoCAD, Revit (preferred) * 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino * V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Corona Renderer * Midjourney * Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign * Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro * Bonus: Unreal Engine or Twinmotion for advanced visual experiences Preferred candidate profile * Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, or a related field. * Additional certification in 3D Visualization, Graphic Design, or Multimedia Production is advantageous. * 5–7 years of experience in architectural visualization with a strong portfolio. * Prior experience working on luxury hospitality or resort projects is required. * Exposure to renowned architectural firms or hospitality brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Aman Resorts, Six Senses, etc.) is highly preferred. ## Personal Attributes: * Strong visual storytelling ability and eye for design detail. * Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. * Highly organized and comfortable with deadline-driven environments. * Creative thinker with the ability to adapt visuals to suit varying project aesthetics.
