Prepare elevations and floor plans with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionalityProduce realistic renderings using 3ds Max and other relevant softwareCollaborate closely with the design and construction teams to bring projects to lifeQualifications:✅ 4+ years of relevant experience✅ Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools✅ Strong design and visualization skillsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institutionStrong academic background in design, planning, and constructionKnowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
