You will be required to prepare detailed reports outlining the identified issues with clear descriptions and references. Collaboration with the design team and client teams will be essential to ensure timely rectification of deficiencies. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an architectural setting or internship. A strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents is necessary, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are key attributes, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
