You will be joining Skytree Consulting Engineers, a leading structural engineering consultancy based in Bangalore. Our team provides a wide range of design services to various stakeholders in the construction industry, with a focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for commercial projects in India, UK, UAE. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and fostering relationships with potential clients. You will be involved in every stage of the sales cycle, from prospecting to project closure. Your duties will include conducting market research, implementing targeted marketing campaigns, attending industry events, and engaging with clients to understand their needs. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends, particularly in Building Information Modeling (BIM), and contribute to the company's business development strategy. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for a post-graduate qualification in Business Management. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development within the engineering-design or construction sector is required. Familiarity with architectural and structural work in the construction industry, as well as proficiency in BIM technologies, will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
