You are a highly motivated and experienced BIM & CAD Engineer with a strong understanding of BIM and CAD software. You have experience in designing LV/HV Systems for various types of buildings. Your responsibilities will include developing BIM models for electrical and architectural services, designing LV/HV Systems to current legislation and codes of practice, working independently on various electrical calculations, power/lighting/schematic mark-ups, liaising with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of models, generating reports and documentation, and providing technical support to the team. As a Sr BIM & CAD Engineer, you hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field. You have 5 to 6 years of experience in BIM and CAD software, a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
