We are currently looking for a talented Architect with 2-9 years of experience to join our team at ARCOP Associates Pvt. Ltd. in Greater Kailash-1 and Gurgaon. As an Architect, you will be responsible for handling architectural design tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating excellent design and presentation skills - Identifying and addressing architectural challenges effectively - Developing designs from preliminary sketches to final deliverables - Creating detailed working drawings and specifications - Coordinating with building services and other stakeholders - Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Sketchup, Revit, and BIM; knowledge of 3D software is an advantage - Preparing architectural reports and documents - Adhering to local bylaws and regulations - Demonstrating dynamic and effective communication skills - Being adaptable to ambiguity and capable of exploring multiple solutions - Managing multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure - Exhibiting strong leadership and management skills Qualifications: - Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Team player with a collaborative approach - Experience in sustainable design practices is preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture To apply, please send an email to careers@arcop.co.in with the following details: 1.
