You must possess strong customer interfacing skills and demonstrate excellent leadership abilities with over 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Your proven architectural exposure in building and scaling frontend solutions in an eCommerce environment will be crucial in defining and delivering cohesive results while working closely with offshore and onsite teams. In this role, you will leverage your experience in technologies such as Shopify, NextJS, React, and GraphQL. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling like Webpack and Babel is essential. Your responsibilities will also include providing guidance and mentorship to developers, aiding in their technical growth. An understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools for eCommerce websites is required. Additionally, familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is beneficial. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices will also be advantageous in this role.,
