Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for site selection and finalization with the dealer - Assist in adapting the River design layout to the selected site and available space - Aid in creating base layout options or modifying existing layouts - Contribute to cost reduction for stores and service centers through value engineering - Collaborate with the dealer and design firm to execute construction drawings - Project manage construction activities from a client's perspective involving dealers, MEP, contractors, and other consultants - Assist in recruitment for the EC, SC teams including dealer CS - Contribute to developing an experience playbook for all retail, service, and customer touchpoints to enhance scalability - Help establish a site selection, design, and construction playbook for all retail and service touchpoints - Coordinate with software teams to ensure proper setup and testing of business tools for launch, including POS, floor staff, DMS, LMS, CRM, etc. - Oversee manpower training and certification by collaborating with training teams Ideal Candidate: - Strong verbal and listening skills for engaging customers and presenting information effectively - Proficient in architectural experience with expertise in CAD and Sketchup - Passionate about retail and customer service - Familiarity with digital and omnichannel strategies, combining physical and online touchpoints is advantageous - Willingness to travel to various retail locations as required - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, architecture, or space design - Experience in managing retail operations, store layout design, merchandising, and team leadership Join River's team to be a part of shaping the future of electric mobility and making a difference in the lives of our customers.,
