Architectural Draftsperson

We are looking for a Draftsman Architect to join our team at Construction Company to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled and detailed oriented architect draftsman.
• Technical drawings using CAD Software & tools.
• Understanding of the building codes, specification, and ability to analyze the same
• Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
• Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists on construction projects.
• Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect's supervision.
• Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.

Job Requirements:
Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
