Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Architect with 5–12 years of experience,specializing in commercial and F&B interiors. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD,capable of translating spatial and conceptual designs into comprehensive technical drawingsand tender packages. This role is ideal for architects who enjoy precision, documentation, and contributing to design delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

 Develop detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and tender packages

using AutoCAD.

 Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and RCPs for commercial and F&B interior projects.

 Translate 3D concepts into accurate 2D technical drawings aligned with project

standards.

 Collaborate with the design team to ensure feasibility and alignment of design intent with

technical output.

 Produce visual representations using SketchUp or other presentation tools (optional but

preferred).

 Coordinate across disciplines to produce integrated drawing sets, ensuring clarity and

completeness.

 Maintain drawing accuracy and consistency with project standards and timelines.

 Stay updated with industry standards, detailing norms, and construction practices

relevant to interior fit-outs.

Requirements:

 Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

 5–12years of relevant experience, especially in Commercial and F&B interiors.

 Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to produce comprehensive, coordinated

drawing sets.

 Familiarity with SketchUp or other visualization tools is a plus.

 Strong understanding of construction detailing, interior systems, and technical

standards.

 Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

 Attention to detail, structured work approach, and commitment to high-quality delivery.
