Architectural Draftsman / Drafter

As an Architectural Draftsman/Drafter at our company, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering all the necessary information required to complete accurate drawings. - Producing detailed drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. - Updating designs and ensuring their accuracy. - Visiting sites for research purposes and to ensure construction workers are following the plans. - Coordinating the work of drafting teams and technicians. - Consulting technical handbooks and tables for reference. - Preparing colored drawings and scale models to present to clients. - Compiling technical reports for project documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least an associate's degree of applied science in architectural drafting. - A bachelor's degree in architecture would be beneficial. - Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit. - Exceptional drafting skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
