ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

As an Architectural Designer in our company, your role will involve: - Developing conceptual and schematic designs for residential projects. - Creating and presenting detailed architectural drawings. - Coordinating with consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) to integrate technical requirements into designs. - Staying current with industry trends, sustainable practices, and design innovations. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field. - Have at least 3 years of professional experience in architectural design. - Demonstrate proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. - Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Showcase a portfolio demonstrating a range of design and technical abilities. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the job location is in Thrissur, Kerala.
