You should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in architectural drafting work within architectural or engineering consultancy firms. It is required to be an ITI or TEB certified Civil Draftsman or hold a Diploma in Architectural Assistantship. Experience with industrial work, specifically in steel / PEB construction, will be advantageous. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up is a must, with knowledge of other graphic software being an added advantage. You should possess a good understanding of building and construction elements, materials & construction processes, and demonstrate a strong flair for detailing. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver projects on time is essential. You must comprehend architectural concepts in close coordination with the Architect and be able to prepare client presentation material or Good for construction drawings. Understanding applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR) is vital for this role. You will be responsible for internal coordination with different disciplines on schematic level architectural plans for main plant & ancillary buildings, including structural work and all services like mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. Preference will be given to candidates from Gujarat.,
