You will be working as an Architect in Surat, India, with an experience range of 1 to 3 years. Your role will involve assisting in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations, supporting senior architects in design development, conducting site visits, and assisting in site measurements. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing 3D models, renders, and visual presentations, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams, reviewing drawings for accuracy and compliance, and researching materials, finishes, and design trends. It will be essential to maintain project documentation and drawing files, ensure adherence to project timelines, and stay updated on building codes and regulations. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) along with 2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite is required. You must possess the ability to work in a team, take feedback positively, have good communication and coordination skills, and be willing to travel for site visits when necessary. Strong time management and multitasking abilities are also essential. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in an architecture or interior design firm, familiarity with interior detailing and space planning, knowledge of local building codes and regulations, a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills, the ability to handle small-scale design tasks independently, and basic knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
