Architect Urban Designer

As an Urban Design Master with 6-7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the Master Planning of greenfield development of an Industrial City. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of detailed master plan and urban design guidelines. - Coordination with clients and other project consultants. - Developing urban form and architectural design, interior design, and execution drawings. - Preparation of Proposed Land Use Plan and Street design. - Preparation of execution drawings, landscape design, lighting design, and signage design. - Critical analysis and intervention strategies for different scales - city level, neighborhood level, and building/street level. - Master planning of a sugar industry along with the developable land around Theur gaothan. - Developing density scenarios for proposed development. Qualifications required for this role: - Master's degree in Urban Design. - Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience.
