Architect ( UK project experience )

Role Summary

As an Architect, you will support UK-based clients and design teams by working on planning drawings, technical detailing, building regulation documentation, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience of UK design standards ( must have prior UK project experience )

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings for planning and construction phases.
• Assist with building regulation compliance for UK projects.
• Develop layouts, elevations, sections, and detailing as per UK standards.
• Coordinate with UK-based project managers and teams.
• Use Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools for detailed documentation.
• Maintain quality and adhere to timelines in a remote collaboration setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 2 + years of architectural experience.
• Exposure to or interest in UK building regulations, RIBA stages, and BIM practices.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred

• Prior work experience with UK-based clients or firms.
• Familiarity with UK planning application processes.
• RIBA Part I/II or having studied/worked in the UK is a bonus.
