Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Architect to lead the Architectural planning and design coordination of our flagship Multimodal Transport Hub in Greater Noida. The role involves designing functional, inclusive, and visually compelling public spaces that enhance user experience while meeting transit efficiency, safety, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design of terminals, pedestrian zones, concourses, ticketing areas, and intermodal linkages. Collaborate with urban planners, civil engineers, MEP specialists, and transport consultants to ensure cohesive design integration. Prepare and review master plans, conceptual layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings. Design for universal accessibility (UDS), wayfinding, and efficient passenger flow. Integrate sustainable design practices, green building standards (IGBC/GRIHA), and smart infrastructure features. Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, NBC norms, and transit infrastructure guidelines. Coordinate with stakeholders for design approvals, public consultations, and regulatory clearances. Preferred: Experience in multimodal integration projects or Smart City infrastructure. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM). Exposure to user behavior analysis and transit-oriented development (TOD) principles. Design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
