As a talented and detail-oriented individual with expertise in architectural and interior design, your role will involve creating high-quality 3D models of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture and interior spaces. You will collaborate with designers, architects, and visualization teams to bring design concepts to life in immersive 3D representations. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D models of various architectural and interior spaces. - Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for photorealistic renders and walkthroughs. - Work on interior layouts, furniture placements, and decorative elements to enhance visual appeal. - Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to enhance output quality and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of professional experience focused on architecture and interiors. - Proficiency in at least one of the following: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender along with V-Ray, Lumion, or Twinmotion. - Familiarity with AutoCAD and the ability to read architectural drawings. - Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, proportion, lighting, and material accuracy. - Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks. You may also showcase your experience in real-time visualization and AR/VR integration, demonstrating your passion for architecture, interiors, and design storytelling. Freshers will be considered as Trainees for a duration of 3 months with a stipend of 10k per month. The company provides health insurance benefits for full-time, permanent employees. The work location is in person.
