What you'll do

• Design leadership:

  Develop concepts, storyboards, mood sets, and schematic plans; drive design critiques to reach a crisp TAS standard.

• Technical resolution:

  Produce GFCs, joinery & staircase packages, wet-area details, ceiling/reflected plans, and coordination sets (MEP/AC/security/AV).

• Material & detailing:

  Specify stone/veneer/metal/glass systems; rationalize edges, junctions, reveals, and tolerances for premium finishes.

• 3D & visualization:

  Build fast study models and direct visualizations to communicate intent (Rhino/SketchUp + 3ds Max/Corona/Enscape).

• Authority & vendor coordination:

  Liaise with consultants, PMCs, and specialists; review shop drawings and samples; close RFIs promptly.

• Site ownership:

  Convert drawings to reality, conduct site checks, mark-ups, QA punch lists, and sign-offs; unblock issues in real time.

• Program & cost sensitivity:

  Sequence deliverables, value-engineer without aesthetic compromise, and protect timelines.

• Client interface:

  Present with clarity, manage feedback, and uphold TAS World's service ethos.
