The role of Senior Manager - GenAI Architect at EY involves leading and designing advanced AI architectures to drive strategic business outcomes. It necessitates a profound understanding of data management, application development, AI technologies, cloud solutions, and user interface design. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the individual is responsible for delivering robust and scalable solutions aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Architectural Design: Develop and oversee data architectures and application frameworks supporting AI initiatives, ensuring integration with existing systems. - AI Solutions: Design and implement AI-driven models using machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies to solve complex business problems. - Cloud Integration: Architect cloud-based solutions for scalability, security, and performance of AI applications, collaborating with cloud providers and internal teams. - User Interface Design: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure user-friendly interfaces and exceptional user experiences for AI solutions. - Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support for AI solution development and aligning technical strategies with business goals. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement architectural strategies and roadmaps aligning with the company's vision and technological advancements. - Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM): Collaborate with onsite teams and senior architects to define and execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions, aligning with client needs. - Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and implement best practices in AI architecture and implementation. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 14+ years in a senior architectural role focusing on AI, data management, application development, and cloud technologies. Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud. - Proficiency in orchestrating LLM models on cloud platforms like OpenAI @ Azure/AWS Bedrock/ GCP Vertex AI or Gemini AI. - Expertise in SQL, data modeling, microservice-based architecture for AI solutions, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and GenAI. - Strong programming skills in Python and/or Pyspark, integrating authentication security measures within ML operations, and connecting AI capabilities to business value. - Experience in AI/ML solution deployment on Kubernetes, Web Apps, Databricks, or similar platforms, familiarity with MLOps concepts and tech stack. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS CFT, etc. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design innovative solutions for complex challenges. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
