Job Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing layouts, and working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts for residential and commercial buildings.
• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Visit sites periodically to oversee construction progress and provide design clarifications.
• Assist in material selection and interior layouts, if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the residential sector.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and industry standards.
• Good visualization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with 3D rendering software like Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Experience in designing villas, duplexes, or premium homes.
• Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken & written) is a plus.
