Job Title: Architect Company: RoyalLinks Constructors Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | On-site About the Company: RoyalLinks is a premium construction company based in Bangalore, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and luxury projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural plans, layouts, and working drawings based on project requirements. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to understand needs and deliver optimal designs. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws. Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion to produce accurate and presentable designs. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution aligns with design intent. Coordinate with interior designers and MEP consultants during the design and execution phases. Prepare presentations and design documentation for client approvals. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 1–4 years of experience in architectural design or similar roles. Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar. Strong knowledge of construction detailing, material usage, and space planning. Excellent communication and visualization skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred: Experience in residential or commercial building projects in Bangalore. Knowledge of Vastu principles. Interior design exposure is a plus.
