Job Description

As an Architect with a passion for design and detail, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with consultants and prepare coordinated drawings for various projects. Your role will involve managing projects of 5,000 to 10,000 sqm or larger, with a proven track record of completing projects from start to finish. With a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for preparing GFC (Good for Construction) and submission drawings. You will also be involved in coordinating with consultants, supervising project progress, and preparing drawings, blueprints, and specifications as needed. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of BOQs, work orders, certifying bills, measurement analysis, documentation, material reconciliation, and more. Additionally, you will manage design projects from concept development through completion, ensuring that budgets and timelines are adhered to. Your role will require you to detect clashes and take corrective action to ensure the smooth execution of projects. You will be responsible for developing and presenting project proposals, creating architectural presentations, and handling interior planning and design of homes. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, V-Ray, and similar software will be essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent management and organizational abilities. Confidentiality in handling sensitive information is crucial. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as Provident Fund.
