Architect ( Modular Designer)

We are seeking a talented and passionate

Architect

who will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing modular house and model flat projects using innovative, patented rectangular-format technology. The ideal candidate will have strong technical design capabilities, creativity, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction & Design Development
• Attend client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and functional needs.
• Translate customer ideas into practical architectural solutions using the company's patented rectangular format design approach.
• Prepare design concepts, layouts, and working drawings for modular homes and model flats.
• Technical Design & Documentation
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Prepare presentation drawings, BOQs, and material specifications as required.
• Project Coordination
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Provide on-site architectural guidance during the model flat setup and modular housing installation phases.
• Review and approve design changes to maintain the rectangular-format integrity.
• Innovation & Quality
• Utilize and uphold the company's patented rectangular-format technology in all design deliverables.
• Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Contribute to design innovation and optimization of modular construction techniques.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Design, and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, modular housing, and space planning.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Keen interest in working within a rectangular-format modular housing framework.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and committed to design quality.
