Work location:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Visualizing and designing interior space of Residential apartments/ Villas based on the budget specification of client.
Interaction with the client from the concept to the finalization of Design.
Create mood boards to sample your design vision.
Sketching interior design plans. Sourcing products and materials in coordination with the procurement department.
Inspecting construction to ensure design specifications are met.
Handle end to end design process and release the shop drawings for the Production.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
Client Servicing Soft spoken and confident to deal with clients.
Working in collaborative teams & directly with stakeholders to implement designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven work experience in decorating interior spaces.
Expertise in handling customized ID of Residential / Villa
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is must. Knowledge of 3dsMAX, will be added advantage.
