Architect / Interior Designer Electrical

Your expertise in AutoCAD 2D, proficiency in layout designing for offices and banks, Electrical BOQ preparation, Electrical work coordination at the site, client coordination, and team management will be invaluable for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed layouts and designs using AutoCAD 2D specifically tailored for office and bank interiors. - Prepare accurate Electrical BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for various interior projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. - Coordinate and manage project execution, overseeing the process to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. - Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements, provide regular updates, and address any concerns promptly. - Monitor site progress diligently, facilitating seamless communication among clients, contractors, and the team to enhance project efficiency. - Proactively identify potential challenges and implement innovative solutions to overcome them effectively.
