Job Description

Role Overview: As a Servicenow Developer, your role involves reviewing designs and optimizing applications to transform them into scalable solutions within ERP/CRM systems. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate technical options for development, identifying problem patterns, improving technical designs, and optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality. Your role will also include interpreting application designs, validating results with user representatives, and influencing customer satisfaction through various efforts like suggesting code refactoring and improvements in business processes. Additionally, you will learn and implement newly released technology features, attend industry-specific conferences, and conduct peer reviews to ensure high-quality standards in the deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components - Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of applications/systems - Interpret application/feature/component designs and develop them according to specifications - Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution - Influence and improve customer satisfaction through various efforts like suggesting code refactoring, completing sprint deliverables ahead of time, and providing design suggestions to client architects and product owners - Learn and implement newly released technology features - Attend industry/technology specific conferences and share knowledge with the team - Conduct peer reviews to ensure high-quality standards in deliverables - Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice-related activities such as assembling content for case studies, coordinating internal seminars, and participating in hackathons - Review designs and ensure the adoption of industry best practices - Design, execute, and maintain business domain solution architecture - Guide and review technical delivery by internal teams - Resolve delivery and design issues - Own the design of complex modules for projects such as architecture enhancements, mid-sized development projects, and maintenance projects - Serve as a technology and process expert - Use expertise in enterprise solutions technologies to develop/enhance the ERP/CRM Practice Qualifications Required: - Experience working with Servicenow and Javascript - Servicenow Certification is preferred - Familiarity with ERP/CRM ecosystem and designing solutions based on advanced features - Thorough knowledge of coding best practices and understanding the limitations of Apex coding - Experience integrating ERP/CRM with external systems using SOAP API, REST API, etc. - Understanding of Google APIs, JQuery, any other JavaScript framework, technology-specific mobile development, Analytics, etc. - Experience working in Agile methodology - Deep knowledge of architecting solutions and applications on cloud-based infrastructures (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
