Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Test Architect Location: Bangalore and Pune Experience: 9 to 12 Yrs Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in testing enterprise applications , with at least 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS Dynamics) testing . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Power Platform testing. Experience in defining and implementing Test Strategy for D365 applications. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium , Power Automate , and Postman (for API testing). Expertise in Test Plans, Test Suites, and CI/CD pipelines . Strong understanding of test management tools like Jira , Azure DevOps , or TestRail . Experience in data migration testing using SQL queries. Knowledge of security and role-based access control (RBAC) testing in D365. Ability to write test automation scripts . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in performance testing of D365 applications. Familiarity with ETL processes and data integrity validation . Exposure to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and working with business teams. Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD testing. Experience mentoring and guiding junior testers. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the Test Strategy and test plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and automation testing for MS Dynamics 365 (F&O and Power Platform) applications. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage for business requirements. Develop test scripts, test cases, and test data for Dynamics 365 modules. Drive test automation using tools like Selenium or Power Automate . Execute API testing for integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications . Ensure data integrity by testing data migration and ETL processes in D365. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business teams, ensuring smooth sign-offs. Manage test execution and defect tracking using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail . Implement CI/CD testing practices in Azure DevOps pipelines for automated test execution. Mentor and guide junior testers , ensuring best practices in D365 testing .
