Architect I - SAP FICO, S4 Hana

As an Architect I specializing in SAP FICO and S4 Hana, your primary role will involve leading end-to-end implementations, support, and rollout projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO/S/4HANA Finance, with a significant amount of time in a lead role. - Exhibiting expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR). - Demonstrating a strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other modules and third-party systems. - Leading teams of SAP and non-SAP consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for issue resolution and timely delivery. - Ensuring system monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support for SAP FICO systems. - Collaborating with business process owners for process optimization and enhancements. - Managing SAP-related KPIs, deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. - SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. - High business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
