Architect

As an Interior Designer, your primary responsibilities will include attending client meetings to compile feasibility reports and design proposals. You will be tasked with developing innovative ideas that align with client requirements, building usage, and environmental considerations. Your role will also involve creating detailed blueprints, ensuring accuracy, and making necessary corrections to meet project specifications. It will be crucial for you to manage project budgets and timelines effectively while adhering to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Additionally, you will be required to conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress and provide regular updates on the project status. You will play a key role in executing the project from start to finish, ensuring successful completion. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Candidates must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to the specified location before starting work. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Master's degree, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years of experience in AutoCAD and interior design.
