Architect

Male Candidates. 50% exp (latest job) must be from a Residential projects Realestate company ( not from consultant/ architect firm)

. Design coordination experience is required. Autocad, photoshop, ms word, excel, sketch up.

Responsibilities:

coordination with external consultant’s, verifying drawings for architecture, structure, MEP, interior design, and landscaping; managing the site; choosing materials, etc. Coordinating with cross functional teams. preparing agenda and moms for meetings , checking GFC drawings before releasing to site. Strong understanding of building codes, municipal regulations, and architectural detailing. Familiarity with high-rise and villa project drawings is highly preferred.
