Role Overview: At Dwella, you will play a crucial role in creating architectural and interior designs that embody sophistication and elegance. Your responsibilities will include designing plans, conducting site visits, overseeing construction processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. By utilizing your skills in AutoCAD and other software, you will contribute to the transformation of spaces into personalized homes. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed plans and drawings to showcase architectural and interior designs - Apply engineering and material knowledge to achieve high-quality finished products - Conduct site visits for quality assurance and adherence to design standards - Provide recommendations and oversight throughout the construction process - Collaborate with teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets - Handle multiple projects from inception to completion - Prepare 3D models and renders using software tools - Assist in material procurement and interior styling during project photoshoots - Contribute to marketing strategies and content creation for social media platforms Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in architecture or Interior Designing - 1-2 years of experience in construction, architecture, and interiors (freshers are also welcome) - Strong organizational, communication, creative, and presentation skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office, and Lumion/Vray/Enscape - Knowledge of cinematography and cameras is an added advantage Please feel free to share your CV and Portfolio with us at pankaj.chawla@dwellahomes.com.
