Role Description The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Responsibilities Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural and interior designs of a project Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product Conduct site visits to ensure quality of work and adherence to design standards Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets Handling multiple architectural and interior projects from start to completion Preparing exterior and interior 3Ds using 3D modelling & rendering software Material procurement and assisting in Interior Styling during the photoshoot of the projects Engaging in marketing strategies and content creation for various Social Media Platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture or Interior Designing 1-2 years of experience in construction, architecture and Interiors (freshers are also welcome) Strong organizational, communication, creative and presentation skills Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office and Lumion/Vray/Enscape Knowledge of cinematography and camera is an added advantage Share your CV and Portfolio- pankaj.chawla@dwellahomes.com Show more Show less
