Job Description

Role Overview: As a Kinaxis Lead at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Client and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to the company's growth. You will also be involved in performing detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document Rapid Response configuration requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document Rapid Response configuration requirements. - Identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the company's growth. - Collaborate closely with the Client and cross-functional teams. - Select standard functionalities in Rapid Response, design data model changes, and lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 14 years of experience in Kinaxis. - Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or have completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification. - Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes, KPIs, and best practices. - Strong analytical skills and data mining knowledge. - Ability to identify key insights and demonstrate critical thinking to prioritize effectively.
