Architect Designer - Exterior/Interior Rendering

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, practical Architectural Designer / 3D Rendering Designer with strong skills in both exterior and interior elevation design for commercial buildings, marriage halls, and related projects.

The role focuses on visual design, proportion, materials, and execution-ready concepts, while respecting existing structures and site constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop exterior and interior elevation concepts based on existing plans
• Create 3D models and realistic renders (day & night views where required)
• Work on materials, colours, textures, lighting, and finishes
• Improve design without unnecessary structural or opening changes
• Prepare visuals for client approval and on-site execution
• Revise designs based on clear feedback within timelines
• Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and clients as required

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory)
• Experience using 3D Warehouse components
• Good understanding of design proportions, balance, and simplicity
• Ability to design clean, elegant, and buildable spaces
• Knowledge of Indian commercial, marriage hall, and interior aesthetics

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape / V-Ray
• Photoshop or similar tools for post-processing
• Experience in marriage halls, banquet halls, commercial interiors
• Ability to handle both exterior façade and interior spaces (foyer, hall, stage, etc.)
