We have been mandated by a large conglomerate in Stainless Steel business for the below mentioned position.

Key Responsibility:

1. Meeting Cost, and timeliness objectives of the projects

2. Implements and/or coordinates property maintenance and restoration projects and performs project work as appropriate

3. Development surveyors work to increase the value of land by overseeing the development of property

4. Planning permission for property developments

5. Install, maintain, and often design the systems that make buildings safe, convenient and comfortable

6. Create drawings, 3 D models & analyze work requirement

7. Prepare project report to understand all requirements & for approvals

8. Prepare BOQ & BOM of all planned projects

9. Meetings with different stakeholders in the organization for timely delivery of PO & finance support

10. Analyzing of existing structure & drawings to understand future requirements

11. Create interior design and take approvals from Management

12. Project management with Civil department

13. Provide advice and consultation to clients on architectural matters, including compliance with codes and regulations

14. Vendor Finalization with purchase department for planned works

15. Perform design option analysis for cost efficiency, constructability

Responsible for providing clarifications and in-field solutions to the contractor during construction utilizing drawings, sketches, and 3-D electronic models
