Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect / BIM Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop architectural projects using BIM software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues related to material procurement or construction delays.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
