Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and architectural drawings - Prepare construction and working drawings - Collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams - Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation - Keep abreast of local codes and architectural trends We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), with a Master's degree being a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse project work is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite is required. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of local regulations and approvals.
