Job Description

Assessment of the existing NSX-T environment and dependencies with vSphere infrastructure.
Design and implementation of NSX-T architecture, including Managers, Controllers, Edge Nodes, and Transport Nodes.
Configuration and management of logical switching and routing components such as Segments, Tier-0 and Tier-1 Gateways.
Deployment and tuning of Distributed Firewall (DFW) and Gateway Firewall (GFW) policies, including micro-segmentation, rule creation, and policy optimization.
Configuration and management of Edge Services, including Load Balancer, NAT, and VPN.
Integration of NSX with vCenter, vSphere Distributed Switches (vDS), and third-party networking tools.
Troubleshooting and analysis using packet capture tools (e.g., Wireshark) and NSX diagnostic utilities.
Use of REST API, Curl, and Postman for automation, monitoring, and validation of NSX operations.
Documentation of configurations, architectures, and operational procedures.
Knowledge transfer sessions for customer operations teams.
