About the Role
We are building a cutting-edge tool powered by Generative AI that accelerates application modernization and development. This tool automates up to 40-70% of development tasks—including base structure, coding across tiers, and unit testing—while enabling teams to focus on business logic and customization.We are looking for a Senior Developer who will own R&D and development of core modules and PoCs for this platform. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, logical thinking, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Develop core modules and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using .NET Full Stack, Angular, and Azure.Research & Innovate on integrating GenAI capabilities for application modernization and code generation.Collaborate with product and architecture teams to define technical strategies and frameworks.Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI outputs for development tasks.Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions across all tiers (UI, API, Data).Drive unit testing automation and best practices for generated code.Stay updated on emerging technologies in GenAI, cloud, and application modernization.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in:.NET Core / .NET Framework (API, backend services)Angular (or similar modern front-end frameworks)Azure Cloud Services.Proven experience in full-stack development and application architecture.Exposure to Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.Experience in R&D, building PoCs, and evaluating new technologies.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and unit testing frameworks.

Preferred Competencies
Experience in application modernization projects.Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Understanding of AI ethics, data security, and compliance in AI-driven development.

Role Level
Targeting Tech Lead / Sr. Tech Lead / Architect competency due to the complexity and ownership required.
