Architect (2D)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled 2D Assistant Architect to support our architectural team in creating accurate 2D drawings, plans, and layouts. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural drafting, proficiency in 2D CAD software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior architects to transform design concepts into precise architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and drafting of 2D architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and other relevant architectural drawings as required for the project.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to convert initial design ideas into technical drawings.
• Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes or client feedback.
• Ensure that all drawings meet company standards and comply with project specifications.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of architectural drawings.
• Contribute to the creation of presentation materials and documentation for clients.
• Coordinate with various teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and other systems into architectural drawings.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing archives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent drafting skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and comprehend construction documents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Time management skills to handle deadlines across multiple projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Education: B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
