Sales Manager We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a strong track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and closing deals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's objectives, including market analysis, setting sales targets, and identifying potential clients. - Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to meet their needs and ensure repeat business. - Sales Target Achievement : Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring that individual and team quotas are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and decision-making. - Negotiation and Closing : Oversee the negotiation and closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring favourable terms for the company and a smooth experience for clients. - Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present regular sales reports, analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations. - Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. - Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant certification in real estate sales is a plus. - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property values, market trends, and legal requirements. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in both residential and commercial real estate. - Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations. - Strong network within the real estate industry.
